Prateek Gupta Following are the troika consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my get-go, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra familiarity as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students utilize for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my first-year job but the joining for the unit tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time due to ceding back in 2008. In the mean time I indomitable to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd demarcation people. I came across those sales people who can mete out anything and also, a different set of customers. After a diaphysis of months, I started heart comfortable behaveing with change cu stomers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a care enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to crack more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers. Hence, I would rate this as my first accomplishment as this provides me the vision and one of the best movie of my life. perspective at HEWITT- Since Ive completed Bachelor of plan in Comput er Science, I eternally wanted to break aw! ay in a Software company , however I could not join the company which hired me in campus due to recession. patch working on my Retail shop, I ve always entangle that I was not justifying with my qualification.
